This is a great mapping tool. It plots points very similar to Google Maps, but it lives within Dynamics so you don’t have to mess with exporting and importing data every time you want to map something. This is a very well-built solution for significantly extending the functionality of the Bing maps integration that exists in Microsoft Dynamics 365. You can categorize your data in a way that allows you to quickly differentiate records on the map. Then you can interact with those records, like adding tasks and other activities right from the map itself. One of the best features is that you can draw (or use KML) to define territory overlays that can be about as complex as you need them to be. All-in-all, a very good solution for anyone needing to see and work with CRM data in the context of mapping.

Inogic provided fast response to all of our suggestions and improved the product based on these suggestions in subsequent releases. They quickly found a solution for our unique security scenario that was preventing us from using the tool initially. We wanted a tool that was easy to use without having to develop it ourselves, and one that is inexpensive for a large user base, so this worked for our company. The tool runs very quickly, even on a very large list of records. Performance is huge for us, so this is good. Installation and configuration is very simple for a CRM Administrator.
